Indications

Drexler drugs are indicated for short -term treatment of insomnia, including: difficulty sleeping, waking up at night, early sleep, fleeting insomnia, insomnia due to circumstances or chronic insomnia and secondary insomnia due to mental disorders, in situations where insomnia causes weakness or stress to patients.

Do not use Drexler continuous and prolonged drugs. The treatment process should be used with the lowest doses effectively.

Pharmacokological

Zopiclon is a sleeping pills belonging to the cyclopyrolon group. It quickly started sleep without reducing the total sleep (fast eye movement) and maintaining sleep accompanied by preserving slow waves. The remaining excess effect the next morning is less than the short -effect benzodiazepin. Its pharmacological properties include sleeping, sedation, anti -anxiety, anti -convulsions and muscle relaxation.

Like Diazepam, the effect of Zopiclon is through enhancing the activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. Zopiclon is associated with the benzodiazepine receptor composition of GABA receptor complex but in a different position than the benzodiazepin. The drug has a short impact time.

Zopiclon is quickly absorbed and widely distributed after drinking. The drug has an excreted time from 3.5 to 6.5 hours and about 45 - 80% attached to plasma proteins. Zopiclon is strongly metabolized in the liver; Two main metabolites, less active substances than zopiclon n-oxyd and non-active substance N-Desmethylzopiclon, are excreted mainly through urine.

How to use

Take the Drexler Zopiclone 7.5mg tablet with a full glass of water.

Dosage

Adults: Take 7.5mg (1 capsule) before going to bed.

Dosage reduction for the elderly, mild to medium liver failure, kidney failure.

What to do when overdose? The overdose of Drexler 7.5mg is manifested by many levels of central nervous system decline from drowsiness to coma, depending on the digestive doses. Side Effects

When using Drexler, you may experience unwanted effects (ADR).

Contraindicated

Drexler drugs contraindicated in the following cases:

Respiratory failure.

Caution when using

Patients with liver and kidney failure: For patients with renal failure or mild to medium liver failure, zopiclon should be started at a dose of 3.75mg before sleeping. Do not use drugs for people with severe liver failure.

Patients with respiratory decline: Low doses are recommended for patients with chronic respiratory decline due to the risk of respiratory inhibitor.

Children: The safety and effectiveness of Zopiclon has not been established in people less than 18 years old.

Older people: Low dose 3.75mg should be used when starting treatment for the elderly. Depending on the efficiency and acceptance ability. Dosage may increase slowly if necessary.

Because zopiclon is metabolized by isenzyme cytochrom P450 3A4 (CYP), zopiclon plasma concentrations can increase when coordinated with CYP3A4 inhibitors such as erythromycin, clarithromycin, ketoconazole, iTraconazole and ritonavir.

Dosage for Zopiclon may be necessary when it is used with CYP3A4 inhibitors. In contrast, ZopiClon's bloody concentration may be reduced when used simultaneously with CYP3A4 induction substances such as Rifampicin, Phenobarbital, Carbamazepin, Phenytoin and Stjohn Wort, so it may have to increase the zopiclon dose when used with the above drugs.
