indications

A.T Eperison is indicated in the following cases:

  • Treatment of symptoms of muscle tone in the following diseases: cervical vertebra syndrome, shoulder arthritis and lumbar spine pain. and other cerebrospinal conditions.

    ATC code: m03bx09.

Eperisone hydrochloride has a muscle relaxation and vasodilation, due to the effects of the drug on the central nervous system and blood vessel smooth muscle.

Eperisone Hydrochloride has been shown in improving the various symptoms associated with muscle tone, thanks to the effect of cutting the pathological spiral of muscle spasms.

Eperisone hydrochloride has the main impact on the spinal cord that reduces the marrow reflexes and creates muscle dilatation by reducing the sensitivity of the muscle through the gamma centrifugation system. Moreover, the vasodilation effect of the drug increases circulation. Therefore, Eperisone Hydrochloride cuts off the pathology of muscle spasms (in which muscle contraction leads to blood circulation disorders that cause ischemic anemia, increasing the neurotransmitter of pain stimulation, thereby increasing muscle hypertension).

The effect of improving the various symptoms related to the muscle tone of Eperisone Hydrochloride is a combination of pharmacological effects as follows:

  • muscle relaxation.
  • Reduce muscle tone.
  • Reduces the sensitivity of muscle -sensing cells and dynamic neuron response.

Eperisone Hydrochloride has been used in adults by oral at 150 mg/day, for 14 consecutive days.

The time to reach the peak concentration in the blood (TMAX) is 1.6 - 1.9 hours with the peak concentration (cmax) of 7.5 - 7.9 ng/ml.

Eperisone Hydrochloride is well absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract.

    distribution

Drugs are evenly distributed in the blood, brain, spinal cord, thigh nerves and muscles.
