Inflammatory diseases in the eye, nose: eye pain, red eyes, itchy, watery eyes, rhinitis, sinusitis, treatment after eye surgery, nose.

Pharmacokology

Dexamethason: Dexamethasone has anti -inflammatory, anti -allergic, anti -inflammatory activity 25 times more powerful than hydrocortison. Like other anti -inflammatory glucocorticoids, one of the effects of dexamethasone is to inhibit phospholipase A2, the first stage of the prostaglandin synthesis process. Dexamethason also prevents the dynamic phenomenon of neutral polygon leukemia towards inflammation. Dexamethason is used on the spot such as in conjunctiva, outer ear canal or nasal mucosa to treat inflammatory symptoms or allergies in the outer or eye or eye. Eye corticosteroid therapy does not cure the disease, so it is necessary to identify or eliminate the cause of inflammation, if possible.

Chloramphenicol: An antibiotic with low molecular weight, mainly acting on Gram -positive, gram -negative, torsion, Salmonella, Chlamydia (Passive Eye). The mechanism of acting of chloramphenicol is inhibiting the bacterial protein synthesis.

naphazolin nitrate: is an α sympathetic medication that works to be contraction in place quickly, reducing swelling and congestion when the drug is small into the mucosa. When small into the conjunctiva, naphazoline causes shrinkage of arteries and temporarily reduces congestion, and may also be congested again. Naphazoline can cause pupils to relax when the eyes are small, but with the common concentration used as a hemolytic medicine in the eye, this effect is not significant. The drug has no effect in treating slow sensitivity such as dermatitis - conjunctiva due to contact.

pharmacokinetic

dexamethasone sodium phosphate: Within 10 to 20 minutes after a small dexamethasone dose, this drug will be present with high concentrations in the conjunctiva and cornea.

Chloramphenicol: Chloramphenicol penetrates very quickly into the cornea and can measure effective concentration in terms of treatment from 3 - 6 mcg/ml in the aquatic fluid after small drugs for 15-30 minutes. The half -life of chloramphenicol is 3-5 hours. In inflamed eyes, the time for the drug saved in the eye may be much shorter.

naphazolin nitrate: After the small naphazoline solution on the mucosa or conjunctiva, the vascular effect is reached for 10 minutes and lasts for about 2-6 hours. Sometimes the drug can absorb and cause systemic effect. No notice of distribution and elimination of drugs in small eye form.
