indications

Fabadola infusion drug indicated in the following cases:

  • Supports to reduce the toxicity of the radiation therapy and cancer treatment chemicals including cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, oxaplatin, 5-fluorouracil, carboplatin. Meso-2,3-Dimercaptosuccinic Acid with Glutathion infusion and high doses of vitamin C reducing mercury concentration in the blood. Sounded. Ring. This. Learning

Glutathion is the most important and most important antioxidant elimination of the cell. The antioxidant reaction of Glutathione is performed with the participation of glutathione peroxidase enzymes. Glutathion also participates in the transport of amino acids.

In the body, Glutathione plays an important physiological role:

Maintain redox potential in the cell. This redox potential will determine the speed of metabolic enzyme reactions in cells.

Detoxification and except endogenous, exogenous toxins, heavy metals (Pb, Hg, AS, Au ...), CarCinogen (CarCinogen) with the participation of Gulutathione Transferase enzymes.

Enhance the power of the immune system through proliferation and differentiation of lymphocytes and macrophages.

Cell cycle control and cell differentiation.

Control death according to cell program.

Control the synthesis and correction of AND.

Synthesis of protein, prostaglandin, leucotrien and cytokine.

Inhibit the copy of the RNA (Influenza Virus, Retrovirus (HIV)).

Regulating the process of transporting nitrogen oxygen (NO) in the venous venous (in the form of nitroso glutathion).

Transporting glucose from blood into the glutathion cell participating in the structure of glucose tolerance (GTF: Glucose Tolerance Facfor).

Maintain the stability of the red blood cell form due to glutathion has the effect of protecting red blood cells.

Maintain the stabilization of the pink blood cell form due to glutathion has the effect of protecting red blood cells.

Restores the reduction of external anti -oxygen (vitamin C, E).

Protect the thyroid from lesions during the synthesis of T4T3.

    Slowly aging cells and body.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

After slow intravenous injection of 900 mg, glutathion concentration increases to a peak of 50mmol/l and returning to a concentration of 10 mol/l after 45 minutes. Glutathion absorbs strongly into the cell, concentration at the peak reaches 100mmol/l after slow intravenous injection 900mg glutathion 15 minutes and after 30 minutes, the concentration of the lungs is 6 - 8mmol/l. The drug is less linked to plasma proteins.

DISTRIBUTION: 15 liters. Disage time 7 - 10 minutes. A small part of the glutathion is excreted in the urinary tract in the form of primitive or in the form of metabolism. Only a small amount of glutathion is hydrolyzed into Cytein, Glycin and glutamic acid with specific enzymes and then reabsorbed into the cell to synthesize into glutathion or other biological substances.
