Pharmacokic
Sucralfat is an aluminum salt of sulfate disacarid, used to treat stomach ulcers. The mechanism of the drug effect is to create a complex with substances such as albumin and fibrinogen of the adhesive leaking fluid with ulcers, making a barrier that prevents the effect of acid, pepsin and bile.
