Fendexi Forte is a preparation combination of topical antibacterial effect of fusidic acid and anti -inflammatory, anti -itching effect of betamethasone. Betamethasone is a locally used steroid that has a quick anti -inflammatory effect. The antibacterial effect of fusidic acid does not decrease in the presence of betamethasone.

    pharmacokinetics

There is no information on pharmacokinetics of the drug when used on the place in humans. However, in vitro studies show that fusidic acid absorbs well through the skin. The level of skin permeability depends on factors such as fusidic acid and disease. Fusidic acid is excreted mainly in bile with a small amount of excretion through urine.

betamethason is absorbed after use. The level of absorption depends on the different factors including the disease area and the topical position. Betamethasone is metabolized mainly in the liver but also has a small amount of kidneys, and the metabolites are not active in the urine.

Steroid daily caution must be monitored, especially if the patient has stress (for example, after surgery). In children with children, using cholera can cause sealing and increased absorption of drugs. Corticosteroids are used externally - inhibiting the HPA axis and Cushing syndrome can occur more in children and children. Do not apply large amounts of drugs, iron and treatment for a long time. As well as all antibiotics, using fusidic acid periodically or prolonged may increase the risk of developing drug -resistant bacteria. The limit of fusidic acid treatment and betamethason valerat used in place shall not exceed 14 days 1 period will decrease to the minimum risk of developing anti -drug bacteria.
