FEXIHIST indicated treatment in the following cases:

Seasonal allergic rhinitis

Fexofenadin is indicated that reduces the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and children 2 years and older. The effectively indicated symptoms are: sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose palate, itching, watery and red eyes.

Chronic urticaria

Fexofenadin is indicated for the treatment of symptoms of spontaneous urticaria disease in adults and children aged 6 months and older.

Pharmacology

Children 12 years and older: The recommended dose of Fexofenadin is 60mg x 2 times/day. The starting dose should start 60mg, 1 time/day in patients with renal failure

Children from 2 to 11 years old: The recommended dose of Fexofenadin is 30mg x 2 times/day. The starting dose should start 30mg x 1 time/day in kidney failure.

Dosage of spontaneous urticaria treatment:

Children 12 years and older: The recommended dose of Fexofenadin is 60mg x 2 times/day. The starting dose should start 60mg once a day in patients with renal failure.

Children from 6 months to 11 years old: The recommendation of the dose of fexofenadin is 30mg x 2 times/day for children from 2 to 11 years old and 15mg x 2 times/day for children from 6 months to under 2 years old.
