Fexo Boston 60 medicine is indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of symptoms in seasonal allergic rhinitis, indefinite urticaria in adults and children aged 12 and older. Fexofenadine is a metabolic substance that is active of terfenadine but no longer toxic to the heart due to not inhibiting potassium channel associated with myocardial cytoplasm.
