FexOPHAR drug indicated in the following cases:

  • Treatment of allergic rhinitis symptoms: runny nose, sneezing, sore throat (itching and redness).

    Fexofenadine has a selective antihistamine effect on H1 receptor. There is no anti -cholinergic or adrenergic effect.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

    absorption: fast absorption after drinking, reaching the maximum concentration in the blood after 2-3 hours.

    Distribution: The drug is linked to plasma proteins about 60 - 70%.

    Metabolic: about 5% of fexofenadine is metabolized in the body.

    Dosage 2>

    Adults and children over 12 years: each drink 60mg x 2 times/day, can take 1 capsule 1 time/day.
