Treatment of non -bacterial inflammation cases, response to steroids, eyelids, conjunctiva, corneal and front of the eyeball.
Pharmacokology
Pharmacy Group:
Solarly anti -inflammatory, anti -inflammatory, corticosteroid drugs. ATC code: S01BA 07. The effect of corticosteroids in the treatment of cases of eye inflammation has been confirmed.
Corticosteroids have anti -inflammatory effects through inhibiting the adhesion of elements into the plaque cells in the blood vessels, Cycloxygenase T or II and the effect of cytokine.
This effect leads to a decrease in the formation of inflammatory mediators and inhibits the adhesion of leukocyte circulation into the membrane in the blood vessel, thereby preventing the strain from entering the inflammatory tissue in the eye.
fluorometholone is a synthetic steroid with strong anti -inflammatory properties.
Although corticosteroids can increase intraocular pressure in sensitive patients, 0.25% Fluorometholone has been shown to be a significantly increased internal pressure than 0.1% sodium phosphate dexamethasone in patients sensitive to steroids.
pharmacokinetics
Rabbit studies and on humans have shown that after small eyes, fluorometholone absorbs well and distributed into the cornea and aquatic fluid.
Fluorometholone's systemic pharmacokinetics have not been studied in humans.
Similar to other small eye preparations, Fluorometholone's systemic absorption is said to only produce a low concentration in plasma.

Local corticosteroids can reduce cortisol secretion in urine as well as reduce plasma concentrations. Corticosteroids make children grow slowly, especially when taking high and prolonged doses.
Using long -term corticosteroids can cause glaucoma or glaucoma, accompanied by a mental nerve damage, reduce vision, create cataracts below. When using eye corticosteroids, regular glaucoma must be checked.
Corticosteroid drugs can cover infections or worsen the existing infections. Appropriate antibiotics must be used to avoid superinfection. After prolonged treatment with corticosteroids in the eye, carefully checked the corneal persistent fungal infection. Use carefully and only in combination with antiviral antiviral therapy to treat cushioned keratitis or grape veins caused by Herpes Simplex, need to be checked periodically with a slot light.
Constantly treating early because it can cause a new inflammatory batch if it is suddenly stopped when taking high doses.
