indicators

Flucinar ointment is indicated in the following cases:

  • Short -term treatment of severe and acute cases of non -bacterial dry dermatitis responds to glucocorticosteroids, related to persistent horns and itching.
  • Treatment of seborrheic dermatitis, genetic dermatitis, urticaria caused by likgen, eczema due to contact allergies, polymorphic erythema, lupus erythema, perennial psoriasis and flat liken. Fluor attaches to the steroid nucleus. The mechanism of action of topical corticosteroids is due to a combination of three important properties: anti -inflammatory, anti -itching and vasoconstrictor effect.

Corticosteroids reduce inflammation by reducing the formation, release and limiting the effects of vasoconstrictor that is released during inflammation (kinins, histamine, Iysosom enzymes, prostaglandin, leukotriene and complementary components). Steroids reduce the permeability of cell membranes. Due to vasoconstrictor effects, fluocinolone reduces the leakage of fluid at the inflammatory place. The drug increases protein synthesis and accumulates collagen, promotes protein decomposition in the skin and slows protein proliferation.

Corticosteroids, especially corticosteroids containing fluores have the anti -cell activity of epidermal cells. The reminders of corticosteroids containing flour reduce the effects of the drug on the skin, which leads to the extension of the time for the drug to work, increase unwanted effects and increase the body absorption.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

absorption: When used on the spot, corticosteroids on the normal skin are intact, only a small amount of drugs reach the legs and then into the general circulatory system. However, absorption increases significantly when the skin is lost, Keratin, inflamed or/and other diseases in the epidermal fence (psoriasis, eczema). Depending on the degree of permeability, the amount of topical and skin condition at the top of the drug, the drug is more absorbed in the eyelids (40%) and the scrotum (36%) compared to the forehead (7%), scalp (4%) or forearm (1%). The drug is more absorbed in the folding skin. Fluocinolone acetonide easily penetrates the skin's keratinoma where the drug is accumulated there. The presence of the drug can be found there after 15 days of applying the drug.

Metabolism: Fluocinolone acetonid is not metabolized in the skin. When the drug is used in accordance with the instructions, a small amount is absorbed into the circulatory system and is metabolized in the liver into non -active substances.

Elimination: The drug is excreted mainly through the kidneys in the form of glucuronide and sulfate, as well as in a non -combined form. A small amount of metabolic substances are eliminated through feces.
