Fluocinolone acetonide when used on the spot on normal skin is intact, only a small amount of drugs reach the pit and then into the common circulatory system. However, absorption increases significantly when the skin is lost Keratin, inflamed or and other diseases in the epidermal fence (such as psoriasis, eczema). Depending on the degree of permeability, the amount of topical and skin condition in the top of the drug, the drug is more absorbed in the scrotum, armpits, eyelids, face and scalp (about 36%) and is absorbed less at the forearm, knee, elbow, palms and soles of the feet (about 1%).

Neomycin is less absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract and due to high toxicity with the kidneys and hearing nerves, it is mainly used in addition to local treatment

Distribution:

Fluocinolone acetonide through the skin, the amount of drugs absorbed will be distributed into the skin, muscles, liver, intestines and kidneys.

Neomycin is less linked to plasma proteins, diffuses mainly on extracellular fluids.

Metabolism:

Fluocinolone acetonide is initially metabolized in the skin, a small amount is absorbed into the circulatory system and is metabolized in the liver into non -effective substances.

Era:

Fluocinolone acetonide is eliminated through the kidneys mainly in the form of glucuronid and sulfate, but also has an inexplicable amount. A small amount of metabolites except for feces.

Neomycin is excreted mainly through kidney water.
