Uses

Indications

Fluopas 0.025% are indicated for treatment in the case: reducing symptoms of inflammation and itching of skin diseases responding to corticosteroids.

Pharmacokic

fluoronide fluoronide is a synthetic corticosteroid with fluor atom attached to the steroid nucleus. The mechanism of action of topical corticosteroids is due to a combination of three important properties: anti -inflammatory, anti -itching, and vasoconstrictor effect. The effect of the drug is at least somewhat due to the link with the steroid receptor. Corticosteroids reduce inflammation by stabilizing the lysosom membrane of leukemia, inhibit the concentration of macrophages in inflamed areas, reduce the adhesion of leukocytes with capillary endothelium, reduce capillary permeability, reduce complementary components, resist the effects of histamine and release kinine from the background, reduce the proliferation of fibroblasts, collagen sedimentation and then formation of tissue scars.

Pharmacokinetics

absorption

When used on the spot, corticosteroids on normal skin are intact, only a small amount of drugs reach the pit and then into the general circulatory system. However, the absorption increases significantly when the skin is lost Keratin, inflamed or/and other diseases in the epidermal fence (such as psoriasis, eczema). Depending on the level of permeability, the amount of topical and skin condition in the top of the drug, the drug is more absorbed in the scrotum, armpits, eyelids, face and scalp (about 36%) and is absorbed less at the forearm, knee, elbow, palms and soles of the feet (about 1%). Even after washing the drug, corticosteroids are still absorbed for a long time, possibly because the drug is kept in the horny layer.

Distribution

through the skin, the amount of drugs absorbed will be distributed into the skin, muscles, liver, intestines, and kidneys.

Metabolism

Corticosteroids are initially metabolized in the skin, a small amount is absorbed into the circulatory system and is metabolized in the liver into non -effective substances.

Elimination

The drug excreted through the kidneys is mainly in the form of glucuronid and sulfate, but also has an inexplicable amount. A small amount of metabolites except for feces.
