Gastevin 30mg drug is indicated in the following cases:

Peptic ulcer.

Gastroesophageal reflux. Symptoms of symptoms in patients with Zollinger - Ellison syndrome such as severe abdominal pain, diarrhea. It inhibits the final stage of the formation of stomach acid by inhibiting the activity of H+/K+ ATPase of the cells in the stomach. The inhibition depends on the dose.

How to use

Gastevin 30mg oral medicine.

Time of use: Take before meals.

Dosage

Treatment of duodenal ulcer:

Take 1 capsule 1 time/day, for 2 weeks.

In patients who have not healed completely during this time, the drug is continued in the same dosage in two more weeks.

Treatment of stomach ulcers:

Take 1 capsule 1 time/day, for 4 weeks.

Treatment of benign stomach and duodenal ulcer related to NSAID in patients who need to continue treating NSAID:

Take 1 capsule/time/day for 4 weeks.

Symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux disease:

The recommended dose is 15 mg or 30 mg daily.

Zollinger syndrome - Ellison:

The starting dose is recommended by 2 capsules 1 time/day.

Maintenance dose of up to 6 tablets. If the dosage is used more than 4 tablets every day, you should divide it 2 times/day.

Patients with medium and severe liver failure

Discount 50% compared to the usual dose.

Lansoprazole may increase the plasma concentration of drug products metabolized by CYP3A4.
