Uses
indications
Genbeclo drugs are indicated in the following cases:
gentamycin sulfate
Gentamycin Sulfate is an antibiotic belonging to the aminoglycosid group that has bactericidal effects through inhibiting bacterial protein biosynthesis. The actual bactericidal spectrum of Gentamycin includes Gram -negative aerobic bacteria and staphylococcus aureus, including strains producing penicillinase and methicillin resistance.
Gentamycin is less effective for gonorrhea, streptococcal, pneumococcal, m waser brain, citrobacter, Providencia and Enterococci anaerobic bacteria such as Bacteroides, Clostridia resistant Gentamycin.
In Vietnam, strains of E. Aerogenes, Klebsiella Pneumoniae, Blue Pus bacilli are all resistant to Gentamycin. But Gentamycin still works with H. Influenzae, Shigella Flexneri, Staphylococcus aureus, S.Pidermidis, especially Staphylococcus Saprophyticus, Salmonella Typhi and E Coli.
betamethason dipropionate
Betamethason is a synthetic corticosteroid, which has a very powerful glucocorticoid effect, accompanied by a betamethasone mineralocorticoid effect that has anti -inflammatory, anti -rheumatic and anti -allergy effect. Due to the mineralocorticoid effect, betamethasone is very suitable in cases where the pathology that holds water is disadvantage. High doses, betamethasone has immunosuppressive effects.
Clotrimazol
Clotrimazol is a broad -spectrum antifungal drug used to treat skin diseases caused by various fungal species and also work on trichomonas, staphylococcus and bacteroides. There is no effect on lactobacili. The mechanism of clotrimazol effects linked to phospholipids in the fungal cell membrane, changing the spirit of the membrane, causing loss of intracellular essential substances that lead to the destruction of mushroom cells, clotrimazol has the effect of inhibiting and killing fungi, depending on the concentration, with Trichophyton rubbrum, Trichophyton Mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton Floccosum, Canisum, Canisum Canisum, Canisum Can and Canisprum Canisum, CanSSum Canis and Canisprum Canisum, CanisSum Canis and Caniss Candida species.
pharmacokinetic pharmacokinetics
absorption:
Gentamycin is not absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract and is less attached to plasma proteins.
Distribution:
Gentamycin diffuses mainly on extracellular fluids and easily diffuses into foreign ear foreign.
Metabolism:
Gentamycin's half -life is 2 to 3 hours, but can last in infants and patients with renal impairment. Getamycin is not metabolized.
Era:
Gentamycin is eliminated (almost unchanged) into urine through glomerular filtration. In a stable state, at least 70% of the dose is secreted into urine for 24 hours and the concentration of urine can exceed 100 micrograms/ml.
betamethason dipropionate
absorption:
betamethason is easy to be absorbed when used on the spot. When applied, especially if the skin is closed or when the skin is torn, there may be a amount of betamethasone that is absorbed enough for the whole body effect.
Distribution:
betamethason quickly distributed into all tissues in the body. The drug through the placenta and can be exported to breast milk in small amounts. During the circulation, Betamethason is widely linked to plasma proteins, mainly with globulin and less than albumin.
Metabolism:
betamethasone is metabolized mainly in the liver but also in the kidney.
Era:
betamethason is eliminated through urine.
clotrimazol
absorption:
Clotrimazol is very little absorbed when applied on the skin.
Distribution:
Six hours after applying 1% Clotrimazol radioactive clotrotrot on the skin intact and on acute inflammatory skin, Clotrimazol concentration varies from 100 micrograms/CRN "in the horny layer to 0.5 - 1 microgram/cm" in the spinning layer and 0.1 micrograms/cm "in the subcutaneous tissue layer.
Metabolism and elimination:
The amount of clotrimazol absorbed is metabolized in the liver and then excreted to counter and urine.
Skin diseases that respond to corticosteroids when there are complications of infections caused by microorganisms (bacteria, grip) sensitive or when suspected of infection.
Before taking Genbeclo Hasan Cream Treatment of Dermatitis, Fungal Diseases (10g)
How to use
topical skin.

Other special objects
Children can easily increase the risk of some unwanted effects, including Cushing syndrome, growth retardation.
Drug interaction
No large amount or long -term use on a large skin can cause some systemic effects:
betamethason dipropionate is metabolized by CYP3A4. CYP3A4 inhibitors or induction may have pharmacological interactions with betamethason dipropionate, reducing or increasing the clearance of Betamethasone paracetamol, betamethasone that increases the risk of liver toxicity if used with high -dose Paracetamol or acting fields.
Triple -round antidepressants increase mental disorders caused by corticosteroids.
Oral diabetes or insulin betamethasone drugs increase blood glucose levels, so it may be necessary to adjust the dose of one or both drugs when used simultaneously, may also need to adjust the dose of hypoglycemic drugs after stopping glucocorticoid.
glycosid digitalis: simultaneously used with betamethasone increases the possibility of arrhythmia or toxicity of digitalis and hypotension.
Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Rifampicin or Ephedrin, can increase metabolism and reduce the treatment effect of betamethasone.
Estrogen may change the metabolism and protein bond level of betamethasone, reduce clearance, increase the sale time, increase the treatment effect and toxicity of betamethasone.
Coumarin anticoagulants simultaneously with betamethasone may increase or decrease the anticoagulant effect, so it may be necessary to adjust the dose.
Non -steroidal anti -inflammatory or alcoholic drugs, in combination with betamethasone may increase the severity of the gastrointestinal ulcer.
salicylate: betamethasone may increase the concentration of salicylate in the blood.
Be cautious when used in combination with aspirin with betamethasone in the case of reducing blood prothrombin.
Clotrimazol: There is no notice of the effect of copper or antagonism between clotrimazol and nystatin, amphotericin B or flucytosin and C.Albicans
Acrolimus concentration in the serum of liver transplant patients increases when used simultaneously with clotrimazol. Therefore, Tacrolimus dose should be reduced according to demand.
Concomitance the use of gentamycin with kidney toxic drugs including other aminoglycosides, vancomycin and some cephalosporin medications, or with relatively toxic drugs for hearing organs such as ethacrynic acid and probably Furosemid will increase the risk of toxicity. This risk also increases when using Gentamycin simultaneously with
Medications that have the effect of inhibiting indomethacin neurotransmitter may increase the plasma concentration of aminoglycosides if shared.
The use of anti -vomiting drugs such as Dimenhydrinat can cover the first symptoms of pre -poisoning.
