Uses
indications
Geotonik 3x10 drug is indicated in the following cases:
These substances, if not provided, can lead to changes in important living functions especially in infectious diseases, nutritional imbalance, overwork, new recovery or after surgery or pregnancy or nursing. The age also reduces the absorption of these factors through a diet, thus reducing health, resistance to external scenes and infections as well as some other metabolic diseases.
geotonik helps the body maintain the balance of essential factors.
Vitamin A (Retinol Palmitat): is an essential vitamin for vision, growth, development and maintenance of epithelium.
Vitamin B1 (thiamin nitrate): Co-enzymes participate in carboxyl reducing reactions of α-cetoglutaric and pyruvic acids. Glucid degeneration to energy for cell metabolism and neurotransmitter. Acetyl choline synthesis, fatty acids and steroids. Lack of B1 will cause Beriberi disease (pangolin), peripheral spagitis, sensory disorders.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): transformed into co-enzyme operating needed for respiration of tissue, convert tryptophane into niacin, activated riboflavin and related to the integrity of red blood cells.
vitamin B6 (pyridoxin hydrochloride): After entering the body, it is transformed into pyridoxal phosphate and pyridoxamin phosphate and acts as coenzymes in metabolism of protein, glucid, lipid. Vitamin B6 also participates in the synthesis of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the central nervous system and participates in the synthesis of hemoglobulin.
vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): works in hematopoietic. In the body transformed into coenzyme is essential for cells to copy and grow.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): works to maintain normal calcium and phosphorus concentration in plasma.
calcium pantothenate: acts as a coenzyme in carbohydrate metabolism, lipid, protein.
Vitamine E (D-Alpha Tocopherol): Vitamin E prevents oxidation of essential ingredients in cells, preventing toxic products (peroxyd), participating in reactions to free radicals.
calcium: plays an important role in bone structure, Ca ++ ions play an important role in many biological processes.
iron: Needed for creation of hemoglobin, myoglobin and cytochrom respiratory enzyme c.
Manganese: acts as a coenzym to support metabolism in the human body, participate in the formation of connective tissue, calcium absorption, function of thyroid and sex hormones, regulating blood sugar, fat metabolism and carbohydrate.
zinc: essential for the body's immune system. In addition, zinc also plays a role in cell division, necessary for normal development of hair, skin, nails.
Potassium: essential for the development of the body, muscle formation, nerve impulse, heart activity.
Copper: helps the body absorb iron, helps the body absorb vitamin C to create collagen, helping iron to form hemoglobin to transport oxygen in the blood. Copper also works on skin and nervous system.
nicotinamid: perform function after converting or nicotinamid adenin dinucleotid (NAD) or nicotinamid adenin dinucleotid phosphate (NADP). NAD and NADP have a vital role in metabolism, as an oxidative - redox catalyst that is necessary for cell respiration, glycogen resolution, and lipid metabolism. Among these reactions, these coenzymes work as hydrogen transport molecules.
rutin: Rutin is a flavonoid of the euflavonoid group, which works to be durable and reduce the permeability of capillaries, increase the sustainability of red blood cells, lower muscle tone and anti -spasms.
Ginseng root powder: The main component is ginsenosid, which increases the level of general activity of the cell, expressed by significantly increasing physical and intellectual ability. In animal experiments, ginsenosid reduces lactic acid levels in mechanical accumulation through movement. It is possible to observe the increase in dopamine and noradrenalin components and decrease serotonin in the brain.
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
vitamin A (retinol palmitat): absorbed with grease in food through the intestinal membrane, stored in the liver in the form of ester and excreted in the form of glucoronid through the kidney and intestine.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamin Nitrate): Absorb through the gastrointestinal tract in both positive and passive mechanisms (if the concentration in the gastrointestinal tract is high), do not see or very little excretion through the pepper water in the form of no metabolism if used no more than 1g/day in adults. If more than 1g/mg daily, the emissions in the urine increases.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): absorption through the gastrointestinal tract, eliminating the kidneys in the form of non -metabolic.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxin hydrochloride): quickly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, mostly reserved in the muscles and brain, excreted mainly through the kidneys in the form of non -metabolic.
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): absorption through the intestine in both two positive and passive mechanisms (high concentrations), excretion through bile.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): To absorb through the intestinal membrane, it is necessary to have bile, the sale time is 19-25 hours, the drug is stored for a long time in fat tissue.
calcium pantothenate: good absorption in the digestive tract, widely distributed in the body's tissue, appearing in milk. 70% excreted through urine in non -metabolic form, 30% excreted through feces.
Vitamine E (D-Alpha-Tocopherol): To absorb vitamin E through the gastrointestinal tract, bile and pancreas must work normally. The amount of vitamin E is absorbed when the dose increases. The drug in the blood through the micro -microfinance in the lymph, and then the bellowing distribution into all tissues and accumulating in the adipose tissue. A little vitamin E metabolizes the liver into glucuronids of tocopheronic acid and gamma-lacton of this acid, then excreted in the urine, while most doses of slow excretion are slowly excreted through the bile.
Nicotinamid: Nicotinamid is quickly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract after drinking and widely distributed into the body tissue. Nicotinamid metabolizes the liver into n-methylnicotinamid, 2-pyridon and 4-pyridon derivatives, and also forming nicotinuric. After using nicotinamid in normal doses, only a small amount of nicotinamid excreted into the urine in the form of unchanged.
calcium: absorbing in the intestine inversely proportional to the amount of calcium used, eliminated through the urine and has a large amount of reabsorption in the renal tubules.
Minerals (iron, manganese, zinc, potassium, copper): Good absorption through the gastrointestinal tract according to both passive and positive mechanisms.
ginsenosid in ginseng extract is about 30%. By peritoneal injection, depending on the experiment and ginsenosid type, the semi -cancellation time is about 27 minutes and 14.5 hours.
rutin is absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, excreted through urine in the form of metabolism and constant form.

Warnings
Before using the drug you need to read the instructions carefully and refer to the information below.
contraindicated
Geotonik 3x10 drug contraindicated in the following cases:
Be cautious when used
because vitamin A is also provided in daily food, should not use more than 5000 IU of vitamin A per day.
Use more than 8000 IU of vitamin A (Retinol) every day is likely to give birth, so it is not allowed to use vitamin A exceeding 5000 IU per day in women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or women who are likely to become pregnant (except patients with vitamin A deficiency).
Be cautious when used for patients with oxalia.
The drug may affect the results of glucose tests in the urine. Clinical diagnosis may be affected by the change of urine to yellow.
The ability to drive and operate machinery
does not affect.
Pregnancy
There are several reports on fetal birth defects, suspected by the mother who regularly uses high doses of vitamin A (more than 8,000 IU per day) during or before the first 3 months of pregnancy. Therefore, when used for pregnant women or possibly pregnant, they must be cautious about dosage and usage. The drug does not affect pregnant women when used in accordance with the prescribed dose.
Lactation period
The drug does not affect breastfeeding women when used at the prescribed dose.
Drug interaction
There is no full study of drug interactions of products combining ginseng, multi-vitamine and minerals (Geotonik soft capsules), but the single interactions of some active ingredients in the drug have been reported:
Vitamin A (Retinol Palmitat):
Neomycin, cholesterol, loose paraffin reduces the absorption of vitamin A. Oral contraceptives can increase vitamin A concentration in plasma and have an unfavorable effect on conception. Vitamin A and Isotretinoin simultaneously can lead to an overdose of vitamin A.
vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol acetate):
High -dose Vitamin E may impair the absorption of the stomach for vitamin A and vitamin K. Vitamin E can also impair the effect of vitamin K on prothrombin regeneration process and therefore it can make Warfarin work.
vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol):
Do not treat vitamin D simultaneously with cholestyramine or colestipol hydrochloride, as it can lead to reducing the absorption of vitamin D in the intestine. Do not simultaneously use vitamin D with corticosteroids due to the effect of vitamin D.
calcium pantothenate:
Vitamin B5 interacts with some antagonistic active ingredients such as avidin, biotin, sulffon, formibiotin and some imidazolidon carboxylic acids.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin):
Alcohol can hinder the absorption of riboflavin in the intestine. Probenecid used with riboflavin causes reduction in riboflavin absorption in the stomach and intestines.
Vitamin PP (nicotinamid):
Nicotinamid use simultaneously with HGM-COA reducing enzyme inhibitors may increase the risk of muscle eligibility. Using nicotinamid simultaneously with alpha-adrenergic blockers to treat hypertension can lead to excessive hypotension. Diets and/or oral dose of hypoglycemic or insulin may need to be adjusted when used simultaneously with nicotinamid. Using nicotinamid simultaneously with liver toxic drugs can add toxic effects on the liver. Nicotinamid should not be used simultaneously with carbamazepin because of increased plasma carbamazepine levels leading to increased toxicity.
vitamin B6 (pyridoxin hydrochloride):
Vitamin B6 reduces the effect of Levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
vitamin C (ascorbic acid):
Simultaneous use of vitamin C with aspirin increases the secretion of vitamin C and reduces aspirin in urine. Simultaneous use of vitamin C and fluuphenazin leads to reduced plasma fluphenazin levels. The acidification of urine after using vitamin C can change the excretion of other drugs.
calcium:
The following drugs inhibit calcium elimination through the kidneys: thiazids, clopamid, ciprofloxacin, chlorthalidon, anti -convulsions. Calcium reduces the absorption of Demeclocylin, Doxycyclin, Metacylin, Minocyclin, iron, zinc and other essential minerals. The diuretic gums increase blood calcium levels.
