Glomoti-M 5 Sachet drugs are indicated in the following cases:
Pharmacy
domperidon is dopamine resistant, similar to Metoclopramid hydrochloride. Because the drug has almost no effect on the dopamine receptors in the brain, domeridon has no effect on mental and nervousness. Domperidon stimulates the peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract, increases the tasting muscle tone and increases the amplitude of the pyloric muscles after meals, but does not affect the excretion of the stomach.
Simethicon is a liquid, containing 4-7% (KL/KL) silicon dioxyd. Simethicon reduces the surface tension of steam bubbles in the digestive tract, making them combined and easy to dispersed.
pharmacokinetics
No report.

How to use
oral drugs. Should take medicine at fixed time, before meals. If taken after meals, the drug may be slowly absorbed.
Dosage

Children from 1 to under 12 years old and minors weighing under 35 kg
The dose is 0.25 mg/kg. Can be used 3 times a day with a maximum dose of 0.75mg/kg per day. For example, for children with a weight of 10 kg, the dose is 2.5mg, can be used 3 times/day with a maximum dose of 7.5mg/kg.
Patients with liver failure
domeridon contraindicated for patients with medium and severe liver failure. No need to adjust the dose for patients with mild liver failure.
Patients with renal failure
Due to the prolonged domeridon's semi-discharged time in patients with severe renal impairment, if used to repeat, the number of times the giving of the Glomoti-M 5 booket should be reduced to 1 to 2 times/day and adjust the dose depending on the degree of renal failure.
Maximum treatment time should not exceed 1 week.
Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist.
What to do when overdose? Should monitor the electrocardiogram because it is likely to extend QT.
What to do when forgetting 1 dose? Do not doubling the dose for the forgotten dose.
Side Effects
When using Glomoti-M 5 Sachet, you may experience unwanted effects (ADR).
Cardiovascular disorders: unknown: ventricular arrhythmia, extension of QT, twisting nails, sudden death due to cardiovascular.
Instructions on how to handle ADR
Notify the doctor with unwanted effects when using the drug.

Contraindicated
Glomoti-M 5 Sachet contraindications in the following cases:
Precautions when using
Precautions when used in patients with liver failure
Domperidon's waste time is prolonged in patients with severe renal impairment. In case of repeat use, the frequency of giving domperidon should be reduced to 1 to 2 times/day depending on the degree of renal failure, the dose can be adjusted if necessary.
domperidon extends the QT interval on the electrocardiogram. In the process of post -commerce monitoring, there are very few reports on the QT and vertical torsion related to the use of domperidon. These reports have risk factors such as electrolyte disorders or simultaneous medications.
Epidemic studies show that domeridon may increase the risk of serious ventricular arrhythmia or sudden cardiovascular disease. This risk is higher for patients over 60 years old, patients taking daily doses greater than 30mg and patients taking concurrently the drug extends the QT or CYP3A4 inhibitors.Use domperidon with the lowest doses effectively in adults and children
contraindicated domperidon for patients with prolonged heart impulse transmission time, especially QT interval, patients with obvious electrolytes (hypokalemia, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia), slow heartbeat or patients with cardiovascular disease such as congestive heart failure due to the risk of ventricular disorders. Electrolyte disorders (hypotension, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia) or bradycardia have been known as a factor that increases the risk of arrhythmia.
Need to stop treating with domperidon and exchange with health workers if there are any symptoms or signs related to arrhythmia. Patients should quickly report symptoms on the heart.
The ability to drive and operate machinery
Glomoti-M 5 Sachet Glomed 12 packs does not affect or negligible on the ability to drive and operate the machine.
Pregnancy
There are very little data on domeridon use in pregnant women. To be safe, avoid using Glomoti-M 5 Sachet for pregnant women.
Breastfeeding period
domperidon excreted through breast milk and breastfed babies receive less than 0.1% dose according to the mother's weight. The adverse effects, especially the effect on the heart, can still occur after a baby breastfed. The benefits of breastfeeding and the benefits of mothers treat to decide to stop breastfeeding or stop/avoid domeridon treatment. Caution should be careful in case of risk factors that extend the QT range in breastfeeding.
Drug interaction
Increased risk of extending the QT distance due to pharmacokinetic or pharmacokinetic interaction.
Contraindicated with the following drugs
The drugs extend the range of qt
Some antidepressants (e.g. citalopram, Escitalopram).
Some antifungal drugs (for example, pentamidin). Some medications for malaria treatment (especially halofantrin, lumefantrin). Some gastric - intestinal drugs (for example: Cisaprid, Dolasetron, Prucaloprid). Some cancer treatments (for example: Toremifen, Vandetanib, Vincamin). Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (regardless of the effect of extending QT), for example: There is no recommendation to simultaneously with the following drugs Average CYP3A4 inhibitors, for example: diltiazem, verapamil and some macrolid drug groups. Use cautiously when used simultaneously with the following drugs Heart rate slow, medications that reduce blood potassium and some of the following macrolid drugs contribute to extending the QT interval: azithromycin and Roxithromycin. The list of substances above is representative and incomplete drugs. anti -cholinergic drugs can inhibit the effects of domperidon. antacids or acid secretion inhibitors reduce the bioavailability of domperidon. Take these medications after meals, which is not simultaneously with domperidon. domperidon can reduce the absorption of drugs simultaneously except paracetamol and digoxin.
Storage
Store in a dry place, avoid light, the temperature does not exceed 30 ° C.
