Glumidtab 600 drug is indicated in the following cases:

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

After the intravenous intravenous injection is 900mg, glutathion concentration increases to a peak of 50mmol/l and returning to 10mmol/l concentration after 45 minutes. Glutathion absorbs strongly into the cell, concentration at the peak reaches 10mmol after slow intravenous injection of 900mg glutathion 15 minutes and after 30 minutes, the concentration in the lungs is 6-8mmol/l. The drug is less linked to plasma proteins.

How to use

Intramuscularly: Dissolve 600mg of glutathion in 4ml of distilled water injecting.

Intravenous infusion: Dissolve 600mg of glutathion in 4ml of distilled water, then dissolve into physiological saline or 5% glucose solution to get 100ml of solution, intravenously drip. Or dissolve in no more than 20 ml of physiological saline, foot intravenously.

Note:

Glutathione injection solution is very susceptible to oxidation, recommend that the drug should be injected immediately after dissolving into the injection solvent, or cold storage but the storage time shall not exceed 24 hours.

Precautions during the glutathion infusion phase is reducing, thinking with the ingredients in the infusion solution with oxidation.

Dosage

300mg - 600mg/day, serious conditions over 600mg - 1200mg day.
