Glucocorticoids acting by binding to the receptor in the cell, transferring into the cell nucleus and there has affected a number of translated genes.

Glucocorticoids also have some direct effects, may not be intermediaries to connect to the receptor.

Dexamethasone has the main effects of glucocorticoids are anti -inflammatory, anti -allergic and immunosuppressive inhibitors. In terms of anti -inflammatory activity, Dexamethason is stronger than Hydrocortisone, 7 times stronger than prednisolon.

Dexamethason is used on the spot to apply to the conjunctiva, external ear or nasal mucosa to treat inflammatory symptoms or allergies in the outer or eye or eye.

    neomycin sulfate

Neomycin Sulfate: An antibiotic belonging to the aminoglycosid group has the same mechanism and spectrum of the same effect Gentamycin sulfate.

The drug is often used in the spot in the treatment of infections in the ears, eyes, and skin.

Neomycin -sensitive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia Coli, Hemophilus Influenzae, Klebsiella, Entobacter of all kinds, Neisseria of all kinds.

    xylometazolin

xylometazolin: is a sympathetic nerve effect, similar to naphazolin. The drug has a fast and prolonged local vascular contraction effect, reduces swelling and congestion when exposed to the mucosa.

xylometazolin acts directly on the receptor α-adrenergic in the nasal mucosa causing vasoconstriction, reducing blood flow through the nose and reducing congestion. However, the effect of decreased congestion of the drug is only temporary, in some cases may be congested again.

The drug also works to reduce congestion in the eye conjunctiva.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

dexamethasone sodium phosphate and neomycin sulfate: absorbing in place where spray, absorption increase when the mucosa is damaged.

xylometazolin: After being used at the spot Xylometazolin solution in the nasal mucosa, the vascular effect is achieved within 5 -10 minutes and lasts for about 10 hours. Sometimes the drug can be absorbed into the body, causing systemic effect.
