Indications

Hafenthyl 200mg Hasan is indicated in the following cases:

  • Hypered blood cholesterol (type ILA), hypernoden endogenous blood triglyceride (type IV), hyperlipidemia (Type IIB & ILL) after applying a proper and appropriate diet without ineffective.
  • Increases secondary, persistent lipoprotein lipoprotein despite treating the cause (such as blood lipid disorders in diabetes). The drug inhibitors synthesize cholesterol in the liver, reduce the components that cause atherosclerosis and also reduce blood triglycerides. Fenofibrat is indicated to treat hyperplote lipoprotein LLA, IIB, III, IV and V along with a lipid restricted diet. Fenofibrat can reduce 20-25% of total cholesterol and 40-50% of blood triglycerides. Fenofibrat treatment needs to be continuous.

    pharmacokinetics

fenofibrat absorbed right in the digestive tract along with food. Absorption of drugs is greatly reduced if taken after fasting overnight.

Hydrolyzed drugs into fenofibric acid are active, this substance is highly attached to plasma albumin. Peak concentration in plasma appears about 5 hours after taking the drug. In normal renal function, half a lifetime eliminates about 20 hours, but increases much in people with kidney disease. Fenofibric acid eliminated mainly in urine, mainly in the form of glucuronic complex.

Hafenthyl 200mg Hasan micro -microplate (fenofibrat micronised) is a new form of dosage (application of microchibatic technology), helping the absorption of fenofibrat increase 30% and bioavailability is equivalent to the 300mg dose. Therefore, Hafenthyl 200mg Hasan with low doses is still more effective and safer than the standard doses of 300mg.
