Indications

Haginat 500 drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of sensitive bacterial infections in the following cases: upper and lower respiratory infections include: otitis media, sinusitis, dental infections, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, pneumonia, acute bronchitis and acute batches of chronic bronchitis.

Urinary tract infections - genital: cystitis, nephritis - pyelonephritis, urethritis, gonorrhea.

Skin and soft tissue infections: boils, pus, impetigo.

Pharmacokology

Haginat 500 with the main active ingredient is Cefuroxim, Cephalosporin antibiotics for the second generation, used in the form of cefuroxim acetyl.

The drug acts by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell membranes. The bactericidal effect of Cefuroxim is very effective and featured on many common pathogens, including beta-lactamase/cephalosporinase strains of both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, especially Cefuroxim is very durable with many beta-lactamase enzymes of Gram-negative bacteria.

Cefuroxim has a good and anaerobic gram -negative and anaerobic activity, including most staphylococcus strains of penicilinase, and gram -negative antibacterial activity. Cefuroxim has a high activity, so the minimum inhibitor (mic) has a low inhibition concentration for streptococcus strains (group A, B, C and G), gonococcus and meningoccus strains.

How to use

Dosage

Adults

Take 250mg x 2 times/day.

In case of severe infections (bronchitis, pneumonia): Take 500mg x 2 times/day.

Inhabulating illegal: Take the only dose 1g.
