Uses

indications

Healit drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Treatment on the skin infections on the skin due to sensitive bacteria.

Bacitracin may have bactericidal or bactericidal effect depending on the concentration of the drug achieved at the infection position and the sensitivity of the pathogenic bacteria. Bacitracin inhibits synthetic bacteria cells. The drug can interfere with the final step that loses phosphate during phospholipid transportation and this way bacitracin prevents mucopeptide from growing cell walls.

bacitracin also damages bacterial cell membrane and anti -protozoa effects. Bacitracin has an effect on Gram -positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus (including some penicillin G -resistant strains), Streptococcus, anaerobic bacteria, Corynebacterium.

    neomycin

Neomycin often has bactericidal effects, although the exact mechanism has not been explained clearly, Neomycin inhibits protein synthesis in sensitive bacteria by attaching disadvantages to ribosom 30s. Neomycin -sensitive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia Coli, Heamophilus Influenzae, Klebsiella, Enterobacter of all kinds, Neisseria of all kinds.

Neomycin does not work with a number of bacteria such as: Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Serratia Marcescens, Streptococci including Streptococcus Pneumoniae, Streptococcus blood -soluble.

    Polymycin b sulfate

Polymycin b sulfate is bactericidal, attached to the phosphate group in the lipid of bacterial cell membranes and acts as a cation detergent, thus changing the filter barrier of the membrane and causing the release of the main metabolites. The antibacterial activity of drugs is limited on Gram -negative bacteria such as Entre, E.coli, Klebsiella, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Bordetella, Shigella and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa.

    Lindocaine

Lindocaine is a local anesthetic, amin group, and an external grease with an average impact time. The anesthetic in the seals of both the generation and transmission of nerve impulses by reducing the permeability of the nerve cell membrane with sodium ions, thus stabilizing the membrane and inhibits the reducing, leading to a decrease in active voltage transmission and then the neurotransmitter transmission block.

    Dynamic pharmacology

bacitracin is not significant from intact skin or scratched, wounds or mucous membranes.

Neomycin is not significant to absorb on the spot of the skin intact, however, the drug is easily absorbed through the scratched skin or the skin has lost the horny layer like wounds, burns or ulcers. Neomycin absorbs rapidly from the peritoneal, sinuses, wounds or surgical areas, large doses in these areas can lead to significant high plasma drug concentrations.

Polymycin b sulfate is not significant from mucous or intact or scratched skin.

    Lindocaine does not mention.
