Indications

Heltec drugs are indicated for treatment in attached diseases and secondary diseases due to reduced liver detoxification (such as cirrhosis), potential hepatomal cerebr, or symptoms of hepatoma.

Pharmacokic

l-Ornithin-l-play shows the in vivo activity in the form of two amino acids, ornithin and aspartic acid with two main liver detoxification mechanisms: Urea synthesizing and glutamine synthesis. The synthesis of urea takes place in liver cells around the portal vein, where ornithin acts as active substances of the two enzymes ornithin carbamoyltransferase and carbamoyl phosphate synthetase as well as the substrate of the Urian synthesis.

Glutamine synthesis takes place in liver cells around the vein. Especially in other conditions of aspartic acid, other dicarboxylic acids, as well as the metabolites of ornithin are absorbed into cells and there is used to link with ammonia in the form of glutamine.

glutamic acid works in physiological conditions as well as pathology as amino acid binding ammonia. Glutamin amino acid present in the body is not only an excretion of ammonia, but also plays an important role in activating urea cycle (glutamine exchange between cells). In Ornithin physiological conditions and aspartic acid are used unlimited to synthesize urea.

Animal experiments show increased glutamine synthesis to explain the mechanism to reduce ammonia. In separate clinical studies, improvement in the ratio of branched amino acids and aromatic amino acids.

pharmacokinetics

L-Ornithin-L-Aspartat is quickly absorbed and resolved into Ornithin and Aspartat. Both amino acids have short -selling time from 0.3 to 0.4 hours. A small amount of Aspartat appears in a constant form in the urine.

    Contraindicated

Heltec drugs contraindicated in the following cases:

  • Sensitive to L-Ornithin-L-ASPARTAT or any ingredients of the drug.
  • Severe renal failure (serum creatinine value greater than 3 mg/100 ml).

    Precautions when using

drug contains aspartame. Aspartame is a source of phenylalanin. It can be harmful if the patient suffers from phenyketon urine, a rare genetic disorder. In this case, phenylalanin accumulated because the body could not be eliminated. Aspartame is resolved and absorbed in the digestive tract. One of the main products of the resolution process is phenylalanin.

There is no clinical or clinical data to evaluate the use of aspartame in children under 12 weeks of age.

    Children and adolescents

There is no data on drug use that affects fertility.

The ability to drive and operate machinery

Depending on the medical condition, the ability to drive and operate the patient's machinery when treated with L-Ornithin-L-ASPartat can be affected.

    Pregnancy

There is no clinical data on the use of l-ornithin-l-aspartat during pregnancy. L-Ornithin-L-ASPARTAT has not been fully studied on animals about toxicity for reproduction. Therefore, avoid using L-Ornithin-L-ASPARTAT for pregnant women. However, if L-Ornithin-L-Aspartat treatment is considered essential, careful evaluation between the benefits and risks of the drug.

    Breastfeeding period

There is no evidence of whether L-Ornithin-L-ASPARTAT is excreted into breast milk or not. Therefore, avoid using L-Ornithin-L-ASPARTAT for breastfeeding women. However, if L-Ornithin-L-Aspartat treatment is considered essential, careful evaluation between the benefits and risks of the drug.
