indications

HemoQ Mom drug is indicated in the following cases:

  • Prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia in women of reproductive age, pregnant women, mothers after birth, nutrition, after surgery, serious recovery stage.

Iron is an important component of red blood cells. If the body lacks iron for a long time or absorb iron in too little amount will produce iron deficiency in the blood.

    cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12)

Two forms of vitamin B12, cyanocobalamin and hydroxocobalamin both have hematopathy.

In the human body, these cobalamin forms the active coenzymes are methylcobalamin and 5-diptoxenosylcobalamin is essential for copying and growth cells. Methyl cobalamin is needed to create methionine and derivative is Sadenosylmethionin from Homocystein. Vitamin B12 is essential for all tissues with strong cell growth rate such as hematoma, small intestine, and uterus. Vitamin B12 deficiency also cancel myelin nerve.

    Folic acid

Folic acid affects nucleoprotein synthesis and normal red blood cells. Folic acid deficiency causes huge red blood cell anemia like anemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

    iron

Normal, iron is absorbed in the duodenum and head close to the colon. A normal person does not lack iron to absorb about 0.5 - 1 mg of elemental iron daily. The whole iron absorption increases to 1 - 2 mg/day in normal menstrual periods and can increase 3-4 mg/day in pregnant people.

iron absorption is reduced when there are chelate substances or complex agents in the intestine and increase when HCl and Vitamin C. Therefore, sometimes it is used to combine iron and vitamin C. Iron is stored in the body in two forms: ferritin and hemosiderin. About 90% of iron inserted into the body are discharged through feces. Iron absorption depends on the amount of iron reserved, especially ferritin in the intestinal mucosa and on the body's red blood cell speed.

    cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12)

    absorption

through the intestine, mainly in the ileum in two mechanisms: passive mechanism after using high quantities; And positive mechanisms, allowing the absorption of physiological doses. However, the internal factor is needed, glycoprotein, which is secreted by cells into the stomach lining. The level of absorption is about 1% does not depend on the dose and therefore, 1 mg will satisfy the daily and sufficient daily to treat all types of vitamin B12 deficiency.

    Distribution

Vitamin B12 is linked to Transcobalamin II and is quickly removed from plasma to quickly distribute to the liver parenchyma.

    Metabolism

The liver is the storage of vitamin B12 for other tissues.

    Elimination

About 3 g of cobalamin deduction daily, of which, 50 - 60% are the derivatives of cobalamin that cannot be reabsorbed.

    folic acid

    absorption

Fast -released antidote in the stomach and absorb mainly at the beginning of the small intestine.

    Distribution

Folic acid in a normal diet is distributed in tissues in the body. The drug is stored mainly in the liver and is actively focused in cerebrospinal fluid. Folic acid passes through the placenta and is in breast milk.

    Elimination

Every day about 4 - 5 g excreted through urine. Drink high -dose folic acid causes vitamins eliminated through urine to increase in proportion.
