The mechanism of acting of clotrimazol is linked to phospholipids in the fungal cell membrane, changing the permeability of the membrane, causing loss of intracellular essential substances that lead to the destruction of fungal cells.

Gentamicin Sulfate is an antibiotic of the aminoglycosides that kill bactericidal effects due to inhibiting bacterial protein biosynthesis. The actual gentamicin antibacterial spectrum includes Gram -negative aerobic bacteria and staphylococcus a staph, including strains that produce penicillinase and methicillin resistance.
