Uses

Indications

Hetopartat 3G drugs that are indicated to treat diseases and complications caused by the detoxification function of the liver are weakened with the hidden or expression of the liver brain.

Pharmacokology

Pharmacological group: The drug acts on the liver.

ATC code: A05 Ba

In Vivo: L-Ornithin L-Aspartat through the activity of amino acids, Ornithin and Aspartat, detoxify ammonia through two reactions: synthesizing urea and glutamine synthesis.

Urian synthesis is done in liver mitochondria.

In Ornithin cells, there is a double role: as an active substance of the enzyme (ornithin carbamoyl transferase and carbamoyl phosphate synthetase) and as a component in the Urian synthesis.

Glutamin synthesis takes place in the mitochondrial liver cells. In particular, in pathological conditions, aspartat and other dicarboxylates (including an Ornithin metabolic product) is absorbed into the cell and binding to ammonia in the forms of glutamine.

Glutamin is an amino acid associated with ammonia in physiological and pathological conditions, ensuring the removal of ammonia in non -toxic form, and an important active substance of the urea cycle (intracellular exchange of glutamin).

In physiological conditions, Ornithin and Aspartat do not limit the synthesis of urea. Animal studies show that Lornithin L-Aspartat decreases the effects of ammonia due to glutamine synthesis.

Separation shows an increase in the amino acid string/ aromatic amino acid.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

L-Ornithin L-Aspartat is quickly absorbed and dissociated into two amino acids, L-Ornithin and L-ASPartat. Both of these substances have short-selling time from 0.3-0.4 hours.

Aspartat is excreted in urine in non -metabolic form.
