Uses

indications

Hidrasec 100 mg drug is indicated in the following cases:

  • Treatment of acute diarrhea symptoms in adults. Thiorphan is an enzalphalinase inhibitor (a peptidase enzyme of the cell membrane in different tissues, especially the epithelium of the small intestine) and this enzyme contributes to the digestion of external peptides and decomposes endogenous peptides such as enkephalins.

Therefore, Racecadotril protects enkephalins from decomposition, thus prolonging their effects in enkephalinergic nerve joints in the small intestine and reducing the secretion process. Therefore RaceCadotril is an anti -intestinal activity. It reduces the secretion of water and electrolytes of the intestine caused by toxins or caused by inflammation, and does not affect the basic excretory activity. Racecadotril has an anti -diarrhea effect quickly without changing the time of transportation through the intestine.

racecadotril does not cause bloating. During clinical research, Racecadotril causes secondary constipation at the ratio equivalent to placebo. When used oral, the drug only acts on the periphery, without affecting the central nervous system.

    pharmacokinetics

racecadotril is quickly absorbed after drinking. Racecadotril's bioavailability is not changed by food but the top concentration is slowed about 1 hour and 30 minutes. 90% of the active metabolites of racecadotril are thiorphan linked to plasma proteins, mainly albumin.

racecadotril is quickly hydrolyzed into thiorphan - an active metabolitus, then continues to be converted into no longer active metabolites. Racecadotril is eliminated in the form of metabolism that is active and non -activity, mainly through urine, and has much less level through the fertilizer.
