Inore-Kit H. Pylori Kit Micro is indicated in the following cases:

Eliminate H. pylori in the disease:

Chronic gastritis. Lansoprazole combined with HK atpase in the cell wall, which is inactivated this enzyme system by inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid because these cells in the last stage. Lansoprazole also inhibits basic gastric acid secretion or stimulation. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Lansoprazole and its sulfonamide metabolism is between 0.6mg/l - 2.5mg/l. It is 4 times stronger than Omeprazole. The activity of Lansoprazole has a selective H.Pylori, anti -urease effect and its stability in neutral and acidic environments can be important factors in H.pylori infection treatment.

Tinidazole is a 5 - nitroimidazole has a longer and stronger effect than Metronidazole. It has anti -protozoa and anaerobic bacteria. Tinidazole is considered as an antibacterial drug that has a quick bactericidal effect H. Pylori. Tinidazole works by damaging DNA fibers or inhibiting their synthesis.

Clarithromycin: has bactericidal effects by combining with the ribosom 50 subunit of sensitive bacteria and inhibits protein synthesis. Clarithromycin has a good activity in vitro (mic90 value 0.03mg/l) against H.pylori so it is an appropriate substance that is put into use in the H.Pylori regimen.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

Lansoprazole: Fast absorption with the average peak of Lansoprazole plasma is achieved after about 1.7 hours. Lansoprazole plasma peaks (CMAX) and area under the plasma concentration curve (AUC) are almost corresponding to the dose throughout the study (up to 60mg). Born after drinking is about 80%. How to use

Dosage

Each Banupl-Kit blister consists of 2 Lansoprazole capsules, 2 tinidazole tablets, 2 Clarithromycin tablets. A blister is used for a day of treatment. With this specially packed blister, 1 capsule Lansoprazole, 1 Clarithromycin tablet and 1 tinidazole tablet taken in the morning and similarly drink each one in the afternoon.

Pregnancy

cyclosporin: Clarithromycin may increase the concentration of cyclosporin in serum thus reducing the dose of this substance to avoid toxicity to the kidneys. The use of clarithromycin at the same time Cytochrom P450 may increase the concentration of these drugs in serum.

Ketoconazole, ampicillin esters, iron salts: Lansoprazole causes strong and prolonged gastric acid secretion. Therefore it can affect the absorption of these drugs.

Alcohol: Drinking alcohol during the use of therapy with drugs in this combination blister can cause Antabuse effect to make patients uncomfortable, so it is necessary to avoid alcohol use.

disulfiram: shared can cause paranoia, confusion.
