Uses
indications
Interginko Tablet 120 mg is indicated in the following cases:
European ginkgo products sold in the form of EGB 761 have shown the stimulating effect on the vestibular multiplication (LVN) and printing - vitro and printing studies - Vivo shows increasing the SYNAP reception of 5 - hydroxytryptamine.
This drug also shows the blockage of ascorbic/Fe2+ acid, causing a decrease in the movement of the Synap body membrane. "The previous occupation of the neuron lipid lipid is caused by ascorbic/Fe2+ acid along with the mobility of the membrane that reduces the ability to transport dopamine to collect dopamine."The Extractum Folium Ginkgo Biloba Siccus) slows down the consumption of O2 (respiratory effort) of stimulated cells by inhibiting NADPH - Oxid, enzymes responsible for O2 decomposition to O2-. As a result, the production of Superoxid (O2) and Hydrogen Peroxyd (H2O2) is significantly reduced when PMNS stimulation is made in the presence of drugs at concentrations of 500, 250 and 125 micrograms/ml. Furthermore. The generation of hydroxyl (OH-) radicals is greatly reduced at low concentrations of 15.6 micrograms of GBE/Mi, which shows that the extract also has the activity of cleaning free radicals. GBE is likely to at least significantly reduce the activity of myeloperoxidase in neutral leukemia.
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
on animals after taking extracts marked with carbon 14, studying the absorption and distribution of the drug shows a quick and complete absorption. The radioactive balance at 72 hours later shows the release in CO2 exhaled and in the urine.
Radioactive peak in the blood is achieved after 1 hour and 30, showing the absorption occurs in the upper stool of the digestive tract.
Research on the distribution of radioactive tissue shows the affinity of the eye and some types of nodes and nerves, especially the hypothalamus, and the pattern.
Ginkgolid A bioavailability is recorded on humans 98 - 100%, Ginkgolid B is 79 - 93% and bilobalid is over 70% or more.
A study of 12 volunteers showed that after taking a single dose high, the ginkgo dose of 0.90 mg to 3.36 mg while the stomach was hungry, the level of bioavailability was highly available. This level is represented by the average values (+/- sd) of the biomedical coefficient (FAUC) with values of 0.8 (+/- 0.09), 0.88 (+/- 0.21) and 0.79 (+/ 0.30) corresponding to Ginkgolid A, Ginkgolid B and Bilobalid.
Food does not replace AUC value but increases Tmax.
LD50 is 7725 mg/kg body weight when used orally in mice, 2 times/day. Therefore toxicity is considered very low.
