Josry 1% drug is indicated for on -site treatment of fungal diseases such as:
Effective spectrum:
In vitro, Clotrimazole have the effect of restraining and killing fungi, depending on the concentration, with Trichophyton Rugbrum, Trichophyton Mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton Floccocum, Mircrosporum Canis and Candida species.
In addition, it also works to some gram -positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes), Gram -negative bacteria (bacteroides, gardnerella vaginalis), trichomomas. The tests of mushroom sensitivity with drugs do not help predict which mushrooms will respond to treatment.
Antibacterial or anti -parasitic activity also helps in clinically. The topical effect of the drug on the skin surface depends not only on the type of lesions and the mechanism of action of the drug but also on the viscosity, water dislike, acidity of the preparation.
Drug resistance:

How to use

Be cautious when used
Do not use Clotrimazole for the treatment of systemic fungal infections.
Do not use clotrimazole oral pathways for children under 3 years old because they have not determined efficiency and safety.
If irritated or sensitive when using clotrimazole, medication and appropriate treatment must be stopped.
Must treat enough time although symptoms are relieved. After 4 weeks of treatment, if not supported again.
Report to the doctor if there is a sign of increased irritation in the topical area (red, itching, burns, blisters, swelling), signs of hypersensitivity.
