Kefentech platform is indicated for treatment of signs and symptoms in the following cases:

  • Deformed arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis);

    • Arthritis around the shoulder arm (pain, hardness, shoulder numb);

  • Ribbed, hepatitis;
    • muscle pain;

    Swelling, pain due to trauma.

    Pharmacology

    Ketoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti -inflammatory drug, a propionic group, derivative of Aryl carboxylic acid. Like other nonsteroidal anti -inflammatory drugs, the drugs have anti -inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. The mechanism for the above effects is due to the synthesis of prostaglandin and leukotrien.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

    Located in the form of a plaster, Ketoprofen absorbed very slowly and less accumulated in the body. The relative biological use between the type of sticker and oral form is about 5%. Weak biological use allows to achieve local effects without a whole body effect.
