Semi -cancellation time in plasma is 2 hours. Methocarbamol and its two metabolites bind to glucuronic acid and sulfuric acid and are almost completely excreted through the kidneys. About half of the dose is excreted into the urine for 4 hours, only a small part of the drug is eliminated in the form of unchanged methocarbamol.

    Patients with renal failure

The clearance of methocarbamol in patients with kidney failure is maintained by a decrease of about 40% compared to normal people, although the average selling time of both groups is the same (equivalent to 1.2 hours compared to 1.1 hours).

    Patients with liver failure.

In patients with secondary cirrhosis due to alcoholism, the total total clearance of methocarbamol is reduced by about 70% compared to normal people (11.9l/hour), and the average emission time increases by about 3.4 hours. The ratio of methocarbamol links to plasma proteins decreased by 40 to 45% compared to 46 to 50% of normal people of the same age and weight.
