Kipel film Coated Tabs 10mg is indicated in the following cases:

Treatment in adults and children aged 15 and older:

Bronchial asthma: Prevention and treatment of chronic bronchial asthma. Cysteinyl Leukotriene inhibitors in the gas path thanks to the ability to inhibit bronchospasm due to inhalation of Ltd4 in asthma. With a lower doses of 5mg, significantly inhibitors of Ltd4 causes trachea.

Dosage

Chronic bronchial asthma

Montelukast should be used once a day at night with the following dose:

Adults and teenagers aged 15 and older: 1 tablet 10mg.

Children under 15 years of age: Should use the form of preparation and other content more suitable (using chewing tablets 4mg in children 2-5 years old and 5mg chewing tablets in children 6 - 14 years old).

Bronchospasm of exertion (EIB) in patients aged 15 and over

To prevent bronchospasm due to exertion (EIB), a single dose of 10mg Montelukast should be used at least 2 hours before training.

Allergic rhinitis

Precautions when using
