Kremil Gel drugs are indicated to reduce symptoms such as indigestion, heartburn, bloating.

Pharmacokology

Aluminum Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide have anti -acid properties and used to neutralize stomach acid. Simethicone has an anti -foaming/anti -flatulence effect due to the ability to change the surface tension of vapor bubbles, thus making them combine together.

pharmacokinetics

magnesium hydroxide reacts with hydrochloric acid in the stomach to form magnesium chloride. A small amount of Magnesium salt can be absorbed and excreted in the urine, the rest is excreted in stool.

Aluminum hydroxide reacts with hydrochloric acid in the stomach to form aluminum chloride, in which a small number is absorbed. Aluminum is absorbed in urine. Most of the remaining aluminum in the digestive tract and forming insoluble aluminum salt include aluminum hydroxide, phosphate, carbonate and fatty acid derivatives, excreted in fertilizer.

There is no pharmacokinetic data of Simethicone.

However, taking too high or prolonged doses, even using normal doses in patients with a low diet of phosphate, can lead to reducing blood phosphate (because aluminum is attached to phosphate) with increased bone cancellation and increased calcium urinary with the risk of bone puree. It is necessary to advise a doctor in the case of prolonged medication or in patients at risk of hypoglycemia. In these patients, Aluminum and Magnesium salt exposure for a long time can lead to dementia, small red blood cell anemia.
