Uses
Indications
Magisix 470mg drug is indicated in the following cases:
Magnesi is a cation in the intracellular, Magnesi reduces the stimulation of nerve cells, reduces muscle conductivity and participates in many enzyme reactions. As an element of the body, half the amount of magnesium is concentrated in the bone.
Magnesi Lactat is used orally as an additional source of Mg2+ in the treatment of Magnesi deficiency.
Clinically, quantitative results in plasma:
under 12mg/l: Severe Magnesi shortage.
The lack of magnesium may be original due to congenital abnormalities in the metabolism of magnesium or secondary due to reduction of supply (severe malnutrition, alcoholism, feeding only by injection), due to poor absorption of gastrointestinal tract (chronic diarrhea, holes in the gastrointestinal tract, parathyroid insufficiency), due to loss of kidney (kidney disease, chronic chronic, increase in chronic pool, increase chronic pool, increase chronic pool, increase primary Aldosterone, cisplatin treatment).
Some non -specialized clinical manifestations may appear due to lack of magnesium such as: Run, muscle weakness, muscle spasms, ventricular, increased reflexes, mental disorders (irritability, insomnia ...), heart rhythm disorders (extra -minded tachycardia), digestive disorders (diarrhea).
Related to pyridoxin (vitamin B6)
pyridoxin is a coenzym, involved in many metabolic processes and helps Magnesi penetrate easily into the cell. Vitamin B6 exists in 3 forms: pyridoxal, pyridoxin and pyridoxamin, when entering the body, it is transformed into pyridoxal phosphate and partly into pyridoxamin phosphate. These two substances act as coenzymes in the metabolism of protein, glucid and lipid. Pyridoxin participates in the synthesis of gamma acid - Aminobutyric (GABA) in the central nervous system and participates in Hemoglobin synthesis.
pharmacokinetics
Related to Magnesi
Magnesi is a factor of the body, the average concentration of 17mmol/kg of the body of which 99% is in the cell, selectively absorbed on the small intestinal mucosa. Here, Magnesi is absorbed from 40 to 50% of the amount.
Nearly 2/3 of magnesi in cells is distributed into bone tissue and the remaining one -thirds are distributed in smooth or muscular muscles as well as in erythrocytes.
Magnesi is transformed into magnesium chloride. About 15 - 30% of the Magnesi Chloride has just produced and then eliminated through urine in people with normal kidney function.
Magnesi is eliminated through urinary roads. In the kidneys, 70% of Magnesi in plasma is filtered in the glomeruli, 95 - 97% of this mg2+ is reabsorbed in the renal tubules. The amount of magnesium is eliminated in the urine accounts for about 1/3 of the amount. Magnesi passed the placenta and a small amount of magnesium found in breast milk.
Related to pyridoxin (vitamin B6)
pyridoxin is quickly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, except for malabsorption syndrome. After drinking, the drug is mostly reserved in the liver and part of the muscle and brain.
pyridoxin excreted mainly through the kidneys in the form of metabolism. The amount of introduction, if exceeding the daily needs, most excreted in the form of unchanged.
