The time reaches the maximum concentration (TMAX) in the range of 1.6 to 1.9 hours, the maximum concentration (cmax) is 7.5 to 7.9 ng/ mL. The half -life (T1/ 2) is 1.6 to 1.8 hours and the area under the plasma concentration curve (AUC) is 19.7 to 21.1 ng. Eparison hydrochloride plasma concentrations are measured on the 8th and 14th day without a significant change compared to the first day.
