Melevo drugs are indicated in the following cases:
The mechanism of action of levofloxacin and other Flurquinolon antibiotics are inhibiting Topoisomerase IV and DNA Gyrase (both are Topoisomerase Type II), enzymes needed for multiplication, steel, repair, recovery and recombinant DNA of bacteria.
On In vitro, Levofloxacin has a broad spectrum for Gram -positive and gram -negative bacteria, the concentration of drugs has a slightly higher bactericidal effect than bacterial inhibition concentrations.
Sensitive bacteria strains:
Other bacteria: Chlarmydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
There is no data on the level of body absorption from small levofloxacin eye solution, however, some body absorption may occur with eye medication. If the maximum dosage of Melevo is given in the first 48 hours (2 drops in each eye every 2 hours) absorbing the whole body occurs very difficult.

How to use
Melevo drugs use small eyes.
DosageDay 1 and 2: 1-2 drops x 2 hours/ time, small not more than 8 times/ day.
Day 3 to Saturday: 1-2 drops 4 hours/ time, small not more than 4 times/ day.
Cover after use. Use the drug within 30 days after opening the lid.
