Meloxicam is indicated for treatment in the following cases:

How to use

Meloxicam orally.

Dosage

adults

Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, joint spondylitis: 15mg x 1 time/day. When long -term treatment, especially in the elderly or people with many risks with auxiliary complications, the recommended dose is 7.5mg x 1 time/day. Do not exceed the dose of 15mg/day. Acute pain of osteoarthritis: 7.5mg x 1 time/day. When needed (or not supported), can increase to 15mg x 1 time/day.

Elderly

Dosage recommended 7.5mg x 1 time/day.

liver failure, kidney failure

Patients with hepatic and medium -sized liver failure, no dose adjustment, if severe, not used.

Renal failure, hemodialysis: The dose should not exceed 7.5mg/day.

Children under 18 years of age: Safety and effectiveness have not been determined.
