Meseca drug are indicated in the following cases:

Prophylaxis and treatment of seasonal allergic and allergic rhinitis all year round.

Fluticason Propionate is a synthetic corticosteroid with fluor atom attached to the steroid frame. The mechanism of action of topical corticosteroids is a combination of three important properties: anti -inflammatory, anti -itching and vasoconstrictor effect. The effect of the drug is partially linked to the steroid receptor. The corticosteroids reduce inflammation by stabilizing the lysosom membrane of leukemia, inhibiting the concentration of macrophages in inflamed areas, reducing the adhesion of leukocytes with capillary endothelium, reducing the permeability of the capillary wall, reducing the complementary components, antagonists of histamine and the release of kinins from substrates, reducing fiber proliferation, reducing collagen sedimentation and then reducing tissue to tissue.

How to use

Instructions for use

Before the first meseca sprayer is used for the first time, the pipe must be pumped. Shake the bottle and spray into the air until a homogeneous spray is reached (about 8-10 doses). If after 24 hours to use the next dose, the pipe must be pumped. This time just spraying once into the air is enough. Steps:

Children from 4 to 12 years old

Spray 1 dose on each side of the nose, once a day, best in the morning. In case of necessity, you can spray one by the nose, twice a day. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 2 sprays on each side of the nose.

What to do when overdose? Taking the dose higher than the recommended dose for a long time can lead to temporary suppression of kidney function. For these patients, Fluticason Propionat should be used in the effective treatment for symptoms, renal function will recover for a few days and can be monitored by quantitative plasma cortisol.

Precautions when using

Local infections: Nasal sugar infections need appropriate treatment but this is not specific contraindications for treatment with Fluticason propionate nasal spray.

Be cautious with cases of stop treatment with systemic steroids and switch to Fluticason propionate nasal spray, especially if there is doubt that adrenal function is impaired.
