Methycobal Injection 500 µg is indicated in the following cases:

Peripheral neuropathy.

Helps enhance the metabolism of nucleic acid, protein and lipid.

Effective transportation into the tissue of nerve cells and improving metabolic disorders.

Helps restore nerve damage on experimental peripheral neuropathy.

Inhibit abnormal nerve impulses due to stimulation of nerve tissue.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

The only dose

When using CH3 - B12, the single dose of 500 μg intramuscularly or intravenously for healthy adults, the time to achieve the highest total vitamin B12 level in the serum (TMAX) is 0.9 ± 0.1 hours after intramuscular injection and immediately up to 3 minutes after intravenous injection, and the maximum volume of vitamin B12 in serum (ΔCMax) is 22.4 ± 1.1 ng/mL after intramuscular injection and 85 8.9 ng/mL after intravenous injection.
