Pharmacokinetics studies show that the ability to absorb the body after applying the 0.1% Mometason Furoat cream is very small, about 0.4% of the dose in humans, most of which are excreted within 72 hours after application.

Determining the characteristics of metabolites is not feasible because only a small amount exists in plasma and excreted substances.

Absorbing the whole body of local corticosteroids can cause inhibition with hypothalamus restoration - pituitary - adrenal gland (HPA) with the possibility of glucocorticoid deficiency after stopping treatment. The manifestations of Cushing syndrome , blood sugar and urinary hyperglycemia may also appear in some patients due to body absorption of local corticosteroids during treatment. Patients with topical steroids on a large or icy surface area should be periodically evaluated to detect HPA inhibitors.

Any side effects are reported after using systemic corticosteroids, including adrenal inhibition, which can also occur with local corticosteroids, especially in infants and children. With the same dose, the patient is likely to be higher than the body poisoning due to the ratio of the skin surface area compared to the larger body weight.

Local toxicity and whole body are common, especially after continuous use lasting in large damaged skin, in hammocks and with icy. This can also lead to benign intracranial hypertension. If used for children or on the face, should not be used in closed ice. If used on the face, the treatment should be limited to 5 days and not irritated. Steamed treatment should be avoided in all patients regardless of age.

Local steroids may be dangerous in psoriasis for a number of reasons including recurrence after tolerance, risk of pustulent pulp psoriasis and the development of local toxicity or body barriers due to impaired skin barrier function. If used in patients with psoriasis, need to monitor patients carefully.

Like all strong local glucocorticoids, it is necessary to avoid sudden treatment. When stopping long -lasting treatment with strong glucocorticoids, the phenomenon can appear in the form of dermatitis with redness, feeling like being injected and burning intense. This can be prevented by reducing treatment slowly, such as continuing interruption treatment before stopping treatment.

Glucocorticoid can change the appearance of some lesions and make it difficult to set a full diagnosis and can also slow down healing.

Momate contains propylene glycol can cause skin irritation.

Located preparations are not used for the eyes, including the eyelids, because the very rare risk of glaucoma, cataracts under the bag.

The ability to drive and operate machinery

    Not recorded.

    Pregnancy

Treatment should only be done according to the doctor's indicator. However, it should be avoided on a large body surface area or for a long time. There is not enough evidence of safety during pregnancy in humans.

On -site application of corticosteroids for pregnant animals can cause abnormalities for the development of the fetus including cleft palate and growth retardation in the uterus. There is no adequate and well -controlled momate in pregnant women and therefore do not know the risk of these effects on human fetuses.

However, like all topical glucocorticoids, it is advisable to consider the possibility of fetal development due to the movement of glucocorticoid through the placenta. Therefore, the risk of these effects can be very small in the fetus of the human. Like topical glucocorticoids, Momate should only be used in pregnant women when potential benefits surpassing the potential risk to the mother or fetus.

    The period of breastfeeding

It is unclear whether topical corticosteroid application may lead to sufficient body absorption to create the amount that can be detected in breast milk. Momate should be used for breastfeeding mothers only after careful consideration of benefit/risk relationships. If the treatment is higher or long -term application, should stop breastfeeding
