Uses
Indications
Mouthpaste is indicated in the following cases:
glucocorticoid inhibits phospholipase A2, reducing the synthesis and release of leucotrien, prostaglandin. This effect is indirectly because glucocorticoid increases lipocortin production, is a protein present in the cell, which inhibits phospholipase A2. When phospholipase A2 is inhibited, phospholipids cannot be converted into arachidonic acid.
pharmacokinetics
The level of absorption through the oral mucosa is determined by many factors including liquid excipients in the gel formula, the integrity of the mucosal fence, the treatment time, the inflammatory form or the progression of other diseases.
When absorbed through mucous membranes, the distribution of topical corticosteroids is similar to that of the absorption of systemic corticosteroids.
triamcinolon is distributed into all tissues in the body (muscles, liver, skin, intestines, kidneys ...), through the fence - pregnancy and secretion into small amounts. Triamcinolone is linked to different levels of plasma proteins.
Metabolizes mainly in the liver, part of the kidney and excreted through the urine.

Caution when using
gel mouthpate can cause local reactions, stop taking the drug if there is skin irritation and contact dermatitis , apply appropriate treatment.
If the mucosal infection occurs and is developing, it is necessary to use additional antifungal or antibacterial drugs. If the adverse reactions occur when using Mouthpaste, it is necessary to stop the drug until the infection is improved.
If the lesions in the oral mucosa do not improve after 7 days of treatment, it is necessary to see a doctor to find the cause of the damage in the oral mucosa.
corticosteroid after local use can be absorbed in sufficient amounts to create systemic effects such as inhibiting hypothalamus - pituitary - adrenal glands, cushing syndrome, hyperglycemia, urinary hyperglycemia. To assess the inhibition of the hypothalamus - pituitary gland - the adrenal gland is needed to test the urine without cortisol, the ACTH stimulating test. If there is inhibition of the hypothalamus - pituitary gland - adrenal gland, it is necessary to stop using the drug immediately, reduce frequency or replace it with a weaker steroid.
Use drugs as directed by a doctor or dentist.
Only use drugs to apply oral mucosa, do not eat or drink after applying the drug.
Do not use for science or topical skin.
Be cautious with the elderly and children who are more likely to experience side effects.
Do not use more than 5 days for children.
Stop the drug if there is an irritation of the oral mucosa or have any side effects that occur when taking the drug.
If the disease does not improve after 2 weeks, it is necessary to see a doctor or dentist to find the cause of the disease.

The ability to drive and operate machinery
There has been no research on the influence of the drug on the ability to operate machinery, driving train, higher -working people and other cases for Mouthpaste oral mucosa.
Pregnancy
Animal studies found pregnancy side effects (monitoring or pregnancy or other impacts) triamcinolone acetonide has been shown to cause teratogen on some species, in mice and rabbits, triamcinolone acetonide causing ratio of frogs in the dosage of about 120μg/kg/day for rats and mice and mice and mice and mice 24μg/kg/day for rabbits, corresponding (about 12 times and 10 times the daily dosage of gel triamcinolon acetonid in humans).
In monkeys, triamcinolone acetonide causes skull defects at the dose of 500mg/kg/day, equivalent to about 200 times the dose of triamciolon acetone gel in humans.
There is no full research on the side effects of the drug in pregnant women. However, an analysis of birth defects in children born from mothers using drugs of the same drug as the oral gel of the oral mucosa triamcinolon acetonid (corticoid) during pregnancy is at risk of cleft palate in the fetus. Need to consider the benefits and risks for the fetus when taking drugs in pregnant women.
Breastfeeding period
There has been no full research to prove that corticosteroids with oral mucosa are absorbed in the body and excreted with the amount that can be detected in breast milk. Be careful when using corticosteroid mucosa gel for women who are breastfeeding.
