Uses

indications

Moxiye small eye solution is used to treat eye infections due to sensitive microorganisms; Treatment of corneal ulcer; Prevention of inflammation and infection may occur after eye surgery.

Pharmacokic

The mechanism of action of moxifloxacin is related to the inhibition of tosoisomerase IV enzyme and DNA gyrase. These enzymes need regeneration, copy, repair and combine the DNA of bacteria. In Gram (-) bacteria, fluoroquinolon works mainly on DNA gyrase rather than tosoisomerase IV, while in Gram (+) bacteria, the opposite.

moxifloxacin works with most strains of bacteria after both in vitro and in clinical infections:

Aerobic gram -positive microorganisms:

corynebacterium species

microbacterium species

micrococcus luteus (including anti -bacterial strains of erythromycin, gentamicin, tetracyclin and/or trimethoprim)

Staphylococcus aureus (including strains of bacteria against methicillin, erythromycin, gentamicin, ofloxacin, tetracyclin and/or trimethoprim).

Staphylococcus epidermidis (including strains of bacteria against methicillin, erythromycin, gentamicin, ofloxacin, tetracyclin and/or trimethoprim)

Staphylococcus Haemolyticus (including strains of bacteria resisting methicillin, erythromycin, gentamicin, ofloxacin, tetracyclin and/or trimethoprim)

Staphylococcus hominis (including methicillin, erythromycin, gentamicin, ofloxacin, tetracyclin and/or trimethoprim).

Staphylococcus Warneri* (including anti -bacterial strains of erythromycin)

Streptococcus pneumoniae (including strains of resistance to penicillin, erythromycin, tetracycline and/or trimethoprim)

Streptococcus Viridans Group (including strains of resistance to penicillin, erythromycin, tetracycline and/or trimethoprim)

Aerobic gram -negative bacteria:

Acinetobacter Species*

Haemophilus Aleonae (including ampicillin resistance strains)

Haemophilus Influenzae (including ampicillin resistance strains)

haemophilus parainfluenzae*

klebsialla pneumoniae

Moraxella catrhalis

pseudomonas aeruginosa

Other microorganisms: chlamydia trachomatis.

* Effective on this microorganism is studied less than 10 infections.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

Moxifloxacin plasma concentrations have been measured in adults, both men and women, small eye moxifloxacin solution 0.5% 3 times daily. The average CMAX peak value in equilibrium (2.7ng/ml) and the daily absorption level of AUC (45NG.H/mL) lower than 1600 and 1000 times CMAX and AUC obtained after taking Moxifloxacin with a dose of 400 mg. Moxifloxacin plasma sale time is estimated at 13 hours.

    Be cautious when used

as with other anti -infections, prolonged medication can lead to excessive development of sensitive microorganisms, including fungal superinfection. If superinfection occurs, it is necessary to see a doctor and apply appropriate treatment. If you are allergic to other antibiotics similar to moxifloxacin, you may be allergic to moxieye eye solution. In this case, you need to stop using the drug, see a doctor for appropriate treatment.
