    Warnings

    Contraindicated

Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to moxifloxacin, Quinolon antibiotics or any ingredients of the drug.

    Be cautious when using

  • In patients using systemic Quinolon, serious hypersensitivity reactions and sometimes death (anaphylaxis) have been reported, some reactions occur after the first dose. Some reactions are associated with cardiovascular collapse, loss of consciousness, angioedema (including laryngitis, pharyngitis or facial edema), obstruction of airway, shortness of breath, urticaria and itching. If an allergic reaction occurs with moxiKune, it is necessary to stop using the drug and take appropriate treatment. Oxygen and airway management should be used when clinical indications. If there is superinfection, the drug should be stopped and applied the replacement therapy. Although the concentration of moxifloxacin in plasma is much lower than when taking moxifloxacin at the dose of treatment, it is still necessary to be cautious when taking the drug and should stop the drug as soon as there are signs of tendonitis. Neisseria Gonorrhoeae is relatively high. Patients with eye infections caused by Neisseria Gonorrhoeae should be treated appropriately. If the patient is allowed to wear contact lenses, the patient should remove contact lenses before taking the drug and wait at least 15 minutes after taking the drug to wear it again. Patients must not wear contact lenses if bacterial signs appear. Therefore, this drug should not be used to treat conjunctivitis in newborns. Patients over 2 years of age with eye infections caused by Chlamydia Trachomitis should be treated appropriately.

    Interactive drug

There is no specific research on the interactions of moxifloxacin 0.5%W/V with other drugs. However, after using eye drops, moxifloxacin concentration in plasma is very low, so the drug interaction is less likely to occur.
