Mydrin-P 10 ml drug is indicated in the following cases:
When small eye solutions contain tropicamid and phenylephrin hydrochloride at different concentrations into the eyes of albino rabbits, pupils dilate by tropicamid causing dilatation of pupils and phenylephrin hydrochloride causing muscle stretching muscles. The enhanced pupil relaxation effect in Tropicamid - Phenylephrin 1: 1 combination ratio due to the synergistic effect of both of these components.
