How to use

open the protective lid, hold the neck tightly between the thumb and middle finger, place the index finger on the pressing position.

Gently put the nozzle into the nose.

Quickly press the nozzle from 2-3 times each side of the nose, if inhaled strongly in the span will increase the effectiveness.

Let the excess mucus pull out and nose.

Clean the nozzle, cover the protective lid.

Dosage

Spray 2 - 6 times/day.
