Neotazin® drug is indicated in the following cases:

Indications for adults in supplementary therapy/support for existing treatment to treat symptoms in patients with stable angina is not fully controlled or the patient is not tolerated with other angina treatment therapy.

Mechanism of action

Trimetazidin inhibits the oxidation of fatty acids by inhibiting 3 - ketoacyl - coa thiolase, glucose oxidation process creates energy in ischemic cells that need to consume less oxygen than the oxidation beta. How to use

Neotazin® is an oral medication. Drugs should be taken with water with meals.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule/time x 2 times/day.

Special subjects:

Patients with average renal impairment (Creatinine clearance [30 - 60] ml/minute): take 1 capsule/day, drink in the morning, use the same meal.

Elderly patients: Elderly patients may have a higher level of trimetazidin sensitivity than normal due to age -age impaired impairment.
