Uses

indicated

Nevol 2.5mg indicated treatment in the following cases:

  • To treat the cases of underex they are mild to medium.

    Drugs:

Treatment of idiopathic hypertension, mild and moderate level.

Nebivolol is a racemic mixture of two contrast isomers, srrr-nebivolol (or d-nebivolol) and RSSS-Rebivolol (or i-nebivolol). The drug combines two pharmacological activity:

Nebivolol is a selective and competitive receptor resistance. This effect is caused by a reflective copper d.

Nebivolol has a mild vasodilation properties due to interaction through L-arginin/nitric oxide.

Nebivolol helps reduce heart rate and lower blood pressure when resting and when exercising. In healthy volunteers, Nebivolol does not significantly affect maximum effort and durability. In-Vitro and In-Vivo tests in animals show that Nebivolol has no effect of endogenous sympathetic and Nebivolol in pharmacological doses that do not have the effect of stabilizing cell membranes. At the treatment dose, Nebivolol has no effect on the alpha-adrenergic system.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

Nebivolol can be taken or not with the same food and peak concentration in plasma reaches about 2-6 hours after use. Strong metabolism partly to give hydroxy metabolites.

The average Nebivolol's bioavailability is 12% in strong metabolic people (Em) and bioavailability is almost completely in weak metabolic (IM), but the average bioavailability of each form of images and hydroxy metabolites is really the same between you and JPM and there is no difference in pharmacological effect.

Plasma concentrations in a stable state with Nebivolol have been achieved in 24 hours in many younger brothers. The semi -exhaust time of hydroxyl metabolites of both forms is 24 hours in the younger brother and twice as long as PM people. The concentration in plasma is proportional to the dose and pharmacokinetics of Netivolol not affected by age. Nebivolo attaches hard. Protein-mutual: D-nebivolol attaches 98.1%, and i-nebivolol attaches 97.4% to albumin-mutual.

About 52% of the dose is excreted in the urine and about 15% through the PM parts after taking the drug a week.

    How to use

Nevol 2.5mg Tablets for oral tablets.

    Dosage

    Dosage of hypertension treatment

Patients with renal failure: The recommended starting dose is 2.5mg per day. The daily dose may be increased to 5mg if necessary.

Patients with liver failure: Nebivolol drugs have not been studied in patients with liver failure, so it is not recommended to use the drug in this group of patients.

Elderly: The recommended starting dose in patients aged 65 and older is 2.5mg daily. Daily dose can be increased to 5mg if necessary. Due to the limited treatment of patients over 75 years of age, it is necessary to be cautious and closely monitor the condition of this group of patients when treated with drugs.

Dosage to treat chronic information (CHF):

To treat chronic heart failure stable, the dose should be increased slowly until the optimal dose is reached for each patient. Adjusting the increasing dose should be conducted step by step, with the distance between the dose increases is 1-2 weeks depending on the patient's ability to tolerate: 1.25mg Nebivolol, up to 2.5mg of Nebivolol used once a day, then 5mg used once and then 10mg once a day. The maximum recommended dose is 10mg of Nebivolol once a day.

Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist. What to do when overdose?

Overdose treatment: Glucose concentration is needed and symptomatic treatment, supportive treatment.

In an emergency, call the 115 emergency center immediately or go to the nearest local health station.

What to do when you forget 1 dose? However, if the time to relax with the next dose is too short, skip the dose and continue the calendar of the drug. Do not use double dose to compensate for missed dose.

    Side Effects

There is no data on side effects.

When experiencing side effects of the drug, patients need to stop using and notify the doctor or go to the nearest medical facility for timely treatment.

    Warnings

Before using the drug you need to read the instructions carefully and refer to the information below.

    contraindicated

Nevol drug 2.5mg contraindicated in the following cases:

  • There is a history of sensitivity to the ingredients of the drug.
  • Be cautious when using the drug

    Endocrine metabolism

Symptoms of glucose-lowering (tachycardia, chest drums) may be covered in diabetes patients. Symptoms of tachycardia can be covered in people with hyperplasia.

Sudden stopping drugs can increase symptoms.

    Respiratory

may experience bronchospasm in asthma patients, bronchitis and other chronic lung diseases.

    Other cautions

Psoriasis may be worse. Patients with chromium skin tumors should not be used to prevent beta -closed with alpha - adrenergic receptors. Beta maple medications reveal myasthenia gravis. The harmful reactions are more often in patients with renal failure and in patients using intravenous beta blockers.

    Warning

Big-commenergic antagonism may increase the sensitivity to antigens that increase the severity of anaphylactic reactions.

Using drugs for pregnant and lactating women

    Using drugs for pregnant women

Do not use Nebivolol during pregnancy unless really necessary. If it is required to treat Nebivolol in pregnant women, it is necessary to monitor the blood flow through the uterus of the placenta and the development of the fetus. It is necessary to consider the use of alternative treatment if the reactions occur harmful during pregnancy or for the fetus. Need to closely monitor the condition of babies.

Symptoms of hypoglycemia and slow heart rate often occur within the first 3 days of treatment.

    Using medicine for breastfeeding women

Animal studies show that Nebivolol excreted through breast milk. It is unknown whether the drug is excreted through human milk or not. Most beta blockers, especially fat -soluble compounds such as Nebivolol and its active metabolites, go into breast milk but at different levels of concentrations. Therefore, it is not recommended for breastfeeding during treatment with Nebivolol.

The effect of the drug on driving and operating machinery

No research on Netivolol's influence on driving and operating machinery. Pharmacological research shows that 5mg of Nebivolol does not affect mental function.

Whenever driving or operating machines, it is important to note that this drug may occasionally stun and tired.

    Interactive drug

    Calcium antagonistic drug group

Be careful when using beta -blockers with a group of Verapamil or diltiazem antagonists due to the harmful effects of the drug on the ability to contract and the atrial transmission.

The severity of these effects can occur especially in patients with impaired ventricular functions and/or abnormalities that lead atrial or atrial sinus. Therefore, it is not treated with one of two venous medications within 48 hours after the remaining stop.

    anti -arrhyths

Be cautious when using beta blockers with anti -arrhythmia group I and tonsils due to the potential to act on the atrial transmission time and negative muscle contraction. This drug interaction can lead to life -threatening consequences.

Medicines acting on the medium nervous system in (clonidin, moxonidin, methyldopa)

Simultaneously used with drugs on the central nervous system can make the heart failure worse by reducing the central sympathetic tone (reducing heart rate, and cardiac weight, blood vasodilation). Suddenly stopping the drug, especially before, it has stopped using beta inhibitors, which may increase the risk of "reverse hypertension".

Medication interactions can affect the activity of the drug or cause side effects.

Patients should notify the doctor or pharmacist a list of the drugs and functional foods you are using. Do not use or increase or decrease the dose of the drug without the guidance of a doctor.
