using Spiramycin simultaneously with oral contraceptive drugs will cause loss of conception effect.

Spiramycin reduces the concentration of levodopa in the blood if used simultaneously.

Spiramycin is small or does not affect the cytochrom paso enzyme system in the liver, so Spiramycin has little interaction with drugs metabolized by this enzyme.

    metronidazol

    When using Metronidazol with:

Coumarin anticoagulants: Metronidazol can increase the effect of anti -blood dynamic oral dynamic drugs, especially warfarin that extends prothrombin time, so avoid simultaneous use or must monitor prothrombin time or adjust the dose of anticoagulants if needed.

Alcohol and drugs contain alcohol: Metronidazole inhibits alcohol oxidation enzymes and Dehydrogenase alcohol causes disulfiram reaction. Therefore, do not drink alcohol or simultaneously use alcoholic drugs during treatment with metronidazol. Do not simultaneously use metronidazol with disulfiram or medication must be used at times apart.

Phenobarbital: Increases metronidazol metabolism so the drug is faster.

Lithi: There have been a report on some toxic signs of lithium when taking Metronidazol for patients who are treating high -dose lithiums because they can cause increased serum lithium concentration, thus need to be cautious and
monitor lithium concentration when used simultaneously.

Terfenadin and Astemisol: Metronidazol can interact with terfenadin and astemisol when used simultaneously increasing the serious adverse reaction on the heart of these drugs such as extending the QT, arrhythmia, tachycardia ... so it must be very cautious and should not be used simultaneously these anti -histamine drugs for patients who are taking ITRACONAL, KETCONAL, KETCONAL Metronidazol.

cimetidine inhibits the metabolism in the liver of Metronidazol, increasing the sale time of metronidazol, leading to an increase in unwanted effects, so it is necessary to consider when used simultaneously.
