Ocumox drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of conjunctivitis caused by bacterial infections caused by sensitive bacteria strains.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

Moxifloxacin plasma concentrations are measured in healthy volunteers who are examined both moxifloxacin eyes, 3 times/day. The average CMAX value (2.7ng/ml) and AUC daily (45NG-HR/mL), 1600 and 1000 times lower than CMAX and AUC, respectively after drinking 400mg of moxifloxacin.
